I was looking for a decent cheese grater for a while, so I jumped at the chance to review this 2 in 1 Professional Kitchen Tool. This nifty long kitchen tool is great for zest in citrus fruits. It also grates cheeses, nuts, nutmeg, or cinnamon.
At first sight, I thought that the tool was too long for my taste, but after using it, I found that the long stainless steel is better for when you are working fast. You won't be hitting your hand on the handle because of the length.
The other night we made some parfeits with yogurt, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. I decided to top it off with some orange and lemon zest and it turned out wonderful.
Warning: I do have to say, I found the Zester incredibly sharp, so be careful when taking the protective plastic off. For some reason the protective plastic has one inch holes on it, which is a bit redundant.
