How do I eat Hemp seeds? I put it on EVERYTHING! Just this morning i made my toddler and I a bowl of cheerios, 5 strawberries, whipped cream, and topped it with a serving of Hemp seeds. Yes, adding whipped cream may make it a weird combination but as a mom of a picky toddler, adding a serving or two of whipped cream helps tremendously. And it does work! Yes, my son eats hemp seeds too. I add it to his peanut butter sandwiches sometimes. Its a great source of protein, so we have learned many ways to enjoy it!


What's my favorite way to add hemp seeds into my diet? Smoothies! Make a powerful smoothie and add a serving of Hemp seeds! It's such an easy way to incorporate them, I can experiment with many different flavors. My favorite smoothie mix is:

1/2 cup Lactaid milk or almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup spinach
2 tsp PB2 with Chocolate
2 tsp Super Hemp Seeds


This smoothie is such a great start to the day, or as a post workout drink. You can add more milk or water to make it smoother. I add some more depending on my taste buds that day.
